In September 2019 we made a fresh start as a member of Sumitomo Corporation Group who became our new shareholder. This is the biggest change for us since the foundation almost half century ago.
Currently, all of us are making full efforts to grow into a global independent automotive chassis components supplier and to celebrate our memorial 50th anniversary in 2023.

Even though the automotive industry is facing a huge paradigm shift, the basic functions of "driving", "turning" and "stopping" will remain essential for the mobile bodys. Based on our continuous efforts for improving the technology and Sumitomo Corporation's global network, we commit ourselves to keep supporting these essential functions and to contribute to realize more covenient, safe and comfortable lifestyles around the world.
