Occupational Health and Safety Policy

Basic Philosophy

We are actively involved in occupational health, safety, and environmental conservation in the view of characteristics of casting iron parts production, and are working together to develop a safe and comfortable workplace. Especially, occupational health and safety is positioned as an important pillar of management, and all employees will work together as follows.

• 1. In order to implement this policy, we set objectives and targets for occupational health and safety at the beginning of each financial year, and review them as necessary according to legal and other requirements, risk assessment, views of interested parties, etc., and make continuous improvements.
• 2. We will make efforts to achieve them, by complying with all applicable laws, regulations and voluntary standards at all stages of manufacturing, and understanding the objectives and targets of occupational health and safety.
• 3. In order to achieve this policy and establish occupational safety and health management, we will establish and operate an occupational safety and health management system, and promote improvement and the creation of safe and comfortable workplace environment. We will secure necessary and sufficient management resources for this purpose.
• 4. We will make it known to all employees and promote the enhancement of safety education and awareness of activities.
• 5. We will support the occupational health and safety activities of our business partners, and aim to coexist with the local community. As necessary, we will disclose our occupational health and safety policy to the public.
